Photo Booth Rental in Waxahachie

From a restored schoolhouse to a 56-acre ranch, Waxahachie gives you a lot of character to work with. We can set up at venues like:

Whether your party is at one of these venues, a church hall, a school cafeteria or a backyard in Midlothian, we'll make it work. The booth needs to be within 25 feet of a power outlet, and if you're outside, it has to be shaded from high heat and protected from bad weather. A covered courtyard or porch is usually ideal.

Waxahachie traditions to plan around

Waxahachie's calendar is full of reasons to dress up and celebrate:

  • Scarborough Renaissance Festival: Spring weekends (generally April through May) bring knights, artisans and costumed fairgoers to the festival grounds on FM 66.
  • Gingerbread Trail Tour of Homes: Each June, historic Victorian homes open their doors for tours.
  • Historic Waxahachie Christmas Tour of Homes: In December, decorated historic homes and the 1897 Ellis County Courthouse are part of the holiday tour.

If you're throwing a Renaissance-themed birthday, a June wedding or a holiday party during the Christmas tour season, a photo booth is an easy way to give guests a keepsake.

Celebrations we bring the booth to

Weddings. Historic halls, barns and ranches all look great in booth photos. Quinceañeras. Glitter backdrops plus the 360 Booth are a big hit with the court. Birthdays. FAQ

Can the booth work in an older, historic building? Yes. We just need a spot within 25 feet of a standard outlet. Your venue coordinator can usually point out a good location.

Which booth is good for a ranch wedding with a big guest list? Many hosts choose the DSLR Booth with the Party Pass, so guests get portraits, prints and keychains, plus an extra hour. The 360 Booth is another great option for a lively dance floor.

Can the booth go outside in a courtyard? Yes, if it's shaded from high heat, protected from bad weather and within 25 feet of an outlet. Being in Wi-Fi range is preferred.

Do you do Renaissance or costume-themed parties? Sure. Any party theme works. The booth and attendant come the same way, and your guests bring the costumes.

Can you set up at a venue like The Abbey Estate or The Graily? Yes, at venues that allow outside vendors. We follow each venue's rules and need a spot within 25 feet of an outlet. Your coordinator can help pick the spot.

Do you charge travel fees? No. There are no travel fees anywhere in Dallas, Rockwall, Kaufman, Ellis, Henderson and Van Zandt Counties.

What do you need at the venue? A spot within 25 feet of a power outlet. Wi-Fi is preferred. Outdoors works too, as long as the booth is out of high heat and bad weather.

How do I reserve my date? A $100 non-refundable deposit holds your date, and the balance is due 7 days before your event. We take cash, card or Zelle.
