Photo Booth Rental in Gun Barrel City

The city takes its name from the old Gun Barrel Lane , now State Highway 198, and State Highway 334 runs right through town toward Seven Points. Gun Barrel City incorporated in 1969 and has become a main gateway for visitors heading to the lake. That makes it a natural place for summer reunions, birthday weekends and engagement parties with out-of-town guests.

For group gatherings, Tom Finley Park on TX-334 has covered pavilions that can be rented for reunions and parties. A covered pavilion is a good spot for a booth: it's shaded and out of the weather. Just confirm there's an outlet within 25 feet when you reserve.

The city calendar has its own highlights. JulyFest brings the community out in the summer, and fall means Haunt Fest & Trunk R Treat at the Community Center. Plan a party around those weekends and you'll catch family who are already in town.

Kids here attend Mabank ISD , so graduation parties, prom pictures and senior banquets follow the Mabank calendar. Lake houses, church halls, backyard decks and rented pavilions all work, and we handle delivery, setup and pickup.

Lake House Party Tips

  • Pick a covered spot. Porches, carports and boathouses keep the booth in the shade and out of the weather.
  • Check the outlet. We need power within 25 feet. Extension cords running across a dock aren't a good idea.
  • Think about Wi-Fi. Lake houses sometimes have spotty internet. It's preferred for instant sharing, so let us know what to expect.
  • Plan your three hours. Starting booth time just before sunset lets guests catch the light on the water.

Celebrations Around the Lake

  • Family reunions and Fourth of July weekends
  • Lakeside weddings and vow renewals
  • Mabank ISD graduation and prom parties
  • Quinceañeras and milestone birthdays
  • Fishing club banquets and holiday parties

Planning Around the Lake Season

Gun Barrel City is busiest when the weather warms up and boats hit the water. If your party falls during summer:

  • Book early in the year. Summer is lake season, and your date is only held once the $100 deposit is paid.
  • Pick an evening window. Three hours starting in the late afternoon avoids the worst of the heat.
  • Keep it covered. High heat and direct sun aren't good for the booth or your guests.

In the cooler months, the lake area is great for fall weddings, Haunt Fest weekend costume parties and holiday gatherings at the community center or church halls. We bring the same full setup year-round.
