Photo Booth Rental in Kaufman
Kaufman has a nice mix of historic downtown spaces and countryside venues. Here are a few where a booth fits right in:
The Emerson on FM 987 is a 16-acre property with a white chapel, a reception space, a patio and a groom's cabin. A booth inside the reception space gives guests something fun to do between dinner and the first dance.
Maples Hall on North Washington Street is a historic downtown venue that seats up to about 150, a good size for a quinceañera, rehearsal dinner or anniversary party.
The Kaufman County Fairgrounds Event Center on South Washington Street is home to the annual Kaufman County Junior Livestock Show and Fair every February and is available to rent as an event center.
Whether your party is at one of these venues, a church fellowship hall, a school gym or your own backyard on the edge of town, we bring the same full setup. Our only real requirement is power: the booth has to be within 25 feet of an outlet, and if you're outdoors, it needs to be shaded from high heat and protected from bad weather.
Kaufman's year in celebrations
Kaufman has a full calendar of community events. In February, the Kaufman County Junior Livestock Show and Fair brings families to the fairgrounds. On the Fourth of July, Red, White & BOOM kicks off with a parade and ends with fireworks. In October, Harvest Fest fills downtown with a parade and festival activities, and in December, Christmas on the Square brings a lighted parade, a tree lighting and Santa photos to the historic square.
Throwing a holiday party, a fall birthday or a family reunion around one of those weekends? A photo booth keeps the hometown spirit going all night.
Events we love to be part of
- Weddings and receptions
- Quinceañeras and Sweet 16s
- Birthday parties for all ages
- School events: proms, banquets and graduation parties
- Corporate events and customer appreciation nights
- Holiday parties, from office Christmas parties to New Year's Eve
Planning a Kaufman Wedding or Banquet
- Chapel weddings: Put the booth in the reception space so it's ready when guests arrive from the ceremony.
- Fairgrounds banquets: Big rooms mean big crowds. An extra hour ($150) or the Party Pass ($550, iPad or DSLR) keeps the line moving and adds prints and keychains.
- Downtown halls: Ask about load-in times and parking near the square.
- Power: Wherever you celebrate, we need an outlet within 25 feet.
- Favors: Prints (up to 200 for $250) let guests take home a photo with the couple or the honoree.

FAQ
Can you set up near a chapel ceremony? We set up wherever there's a good spot within 25 feet of an outlet. Many couples put the booth in the reception area so it's ready when the party starts.
Do you do quinceañeras? Yes. Quinceañeras are one of our favorite events. Black and gold glitter backdrops look great in court photos, and the 360 Booth is a hit with the dance crowd.
Can you handle a large banquet at the Kaufman County Fairgrounds Event Center? Yes. For big crowds, add prints or an extra hour ($150) so everyone gets a turn.
Do you charge travel fees? No. There are no travel fees anywhere in Dallas, Rockwall, Kaufman, Ellis, Henderson and Van Zandt Counties.
What do you need at the venue? A spot within 25 feet of a power outlet. Wi-Fi is preferred. Outdoors works too, as long as the booth is out of high heat and bad weather.
How do I reserve my date? A $100 non-refundable deposit holds your date, and the balance is due 7 days before your event. We take cash, card or Zelle.
