Photo Booth Rental in Irving
Las Colinas is Irving's event district. The Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas hosts conferences, trade shows and galas, and a booth is an easy way to draw people to a sponsor area or give attendees a photo to share. Nearby, the Toyota Music Factory brings concerts at The Pavilion and gatherings on Texas Lottery Plaza , which makes the area a lively setting for company happy hours and celebrations.
For a more classic setting, the Irving Arts Center is a Smithsonian Affiliate and a cultural anchor for the city. It's a natural fit for galas, recitals and receptions, where the DSLR Booth's studio lighting turns formal wear into polished portraits.
Irving's most famous photo spot might be the Mustangs of Las Colinas , the bronze horses galloping across a fountain, along with the Mustangs of Las Colinas Museum. If your guests are visiting from out of town, it's worth a stop before the party.
Irving also has the University of Dallas , so graduation season includes college celebrations as well as high school ones. Most local students attend Irving ISD , while some neighborhoods are zoned to Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD or Coppell ISD .
Corporate Events in Irving
Irving is home to a lot of offices, and that means holiday parties, client events, team-building days and product launches. A booth works well at all of them:
- Digital iPad Booth ($395): Instant sharing for social media and internal channels.
- DSLR Booth ($495): Headshot-style portraits with studio lighting.
- 360 Booth ($650): Slow-motion video that gets attention at a launch or awards night.
- Extra hour ($150): Useful for long conferences or multi-shift parties.
Our attendant stays with the booth the whole time, so your team doesn't have to manage it.
Family Celebrations
Not every Irving event is a conference. Neighborhood parties, church events and banquet hall celebrations are just as welcome.
Quinceañeras
The 360 Booth and gold glitter backdrops put the court in the spotlight. Add keychains (up to 100 for $250) as favors.
Weddings
Prints (up to 200 for $250) let guests leave a photo and a note in your guest book.
Out-of-Town Guests in Irving
Irving hosts a lot of visitors, from convention attendees to wedding guests flying in for the weekend. Hotels in Las Colinas and around the city make it easy to host welcome parties, rehearsal dinners and farewell brunches in the same area. A booth at the welcome party breaks the ice between families who are meeting for the first time, and the photos make a fun recap for the wedding website.
